About Shaun
I've spent two decades inside complex change — building it, leading it, and feeling what it actually costs.
That's where the coaching came from. Not from stepping away from that work, but from being inside it long enough to understand what it does to people.
I've trained to Master's level in psychotherapeutic counselling and hold a Master's in Management. The coaching is practical, grounded in real experience, and built for people who are capable and performing but feeling the cost of carrying too much.
