Reset is three focused 60-minute coaching sessions over four weeks.
We identify where your attention is being pulled, what pressure is doing to your thinking and behaviour, and what needs to change next. You also get a Zones of Resilience snapshot and a personalised reset protocol with practical actions around stabilisation, attention, sleep, movement, boundaries, digital input, and self-regulation where relevant.
Price: £495.
Re-calibrate is the next layer for people who want to keep going after Reset.
It includes six coaching sessions over three months, plus a structured weekly WhatsApp check-in. The focus is on turning insight into steadier habits, better boundaries, cleaner decisions, and more consistency in how you work and live.

Optimise is a longer-term coaching engagement for clients who want to go deeper after Reset and Re-calibrate. It is designed to refine what is working, deepen self-awareness, and build systems that make the right behaviours easier to sustain.

This is coaching. My training in psychotherapeutic counselling informs how I work, but this is focused on awareness, behaviour, decision-making, and what you do next.

Payment can be made personally or through your business. Invoices are available.

I review it personally. If it looks like a good fit, I confirm your first session within 2 working days.
Payment is taken once we have agreed your first session date.
Payment is upfront and before sessions start.
If you’re paying personally, you can pay online. If your business is paying, I can invoice.
We book sessions in advance to protect the time. Usually early mornings before the school run, on an afternoon to manage other commitments and on an evening after the kids go to bed.
I run sessions online and keep scheduling simple and consistent.

Life happens, and I might need to reschedule sometimes, too. The information below is a guideline, but we will always consider the circumstances and respond appropriately.
If you give 24 hours’ notice, we’ll move it. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is counted as used.
If I have to move a session, I will give you at least 24 hours' notice, and you will retain your session count.
If you miss a session without cancellation, you will still be charged.
Yes. What you share stays between us.
The only exception is if I’m concerned about immediate risk of harm — in which case I’ll encourage appropriate support.
