2) What you’re buying
Coaching is a structured, goal-focused service designed to help you think clearly, make decisions, and follow through.
Services may include (depending on what you purchase):
-
A single coaching session (typically 60 minutes).
-
A 90-day coaching programme (typically 8 sessions across 12 weeks: weekly for month 1, then fortnightly for months 2 and 3).
-
Light between-session support where included (e.g., short messages), during weekdays.
Your exact schedule and scope will be agreed after your intro call.
3) What coaching is (and is not)
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis support.
If you are experiencing acute distress, suicidal thoughts, or are at risk of harm, seek urgent support:
-
NHS 111 (UK) or emergency services (999), or your GP.
4) Eligibility and intro call
Unless stated otherwise, you must complete an intro call before purchasing a programme. This protects fit, expectations, and capacity.
We may decline to work together if we believe coaching is not the right support for your situation.
5) Delivery (how sessions happen)
Sessions are delivered online (typically Google Meet) unless agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for:
-
A reliable internet connection
-
A quiet, private space
-
Showing up on time
6) Pricing, VAT, and payment
Prices are shown on the website or confirmed in writing after the intro call.
-
Payment is due upfront before sessions begin unless agreed otherwise (e.g., invoicing to a business).
-
If VAT is applicable, it will be shown/added at point of payment or on the invoice.
-
If paying via your employer, you confirm you have approval to do so.
7) Booking, rescheduling, and missed sessions
Booking
Sessions are booked in advance to protect the time.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed/late sessions
-
If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
-
If you miss a session without notice, it counts as used.
-
If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, the session counts as used (except genuine emergencies, at our discretion).
8) Programme time limits (to avoid drift)
To keep momentum:
-
Programme sessions should be used within 16 weeks of the first session unless agreed otherwise in writing.
-
If you pause for illness or exceptional circumstances, we’ll agree a sensible plan.
9) Your responsibilities and outcomes
You are responsible for your choices, actions, and results.
We don’t guarantee specific outcomes because results depend on many factors including your effort, circumstances, and consistency.
10) Confidentiality and boundaries
We treat coaching as confidential.
We may disclose information only if:
-
We believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or
-
We are required to disclose by law.
Between-session messaging (if included) is for short check-ins and nudges — not real-time support. We do not provide 24/7 availability.
11) Materials and intellectual property
Any frameworks, worksheets, or written materials we provide remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal use, but you may not copy, distribute, or sell them without written permission.
12) Cancellations and refunds (single session and programmes)
If you are a consumer (personal purchase)
If you buy online/at a distance, you usually have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after the contract is entered into.
If you want coaching to start within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must explicitly request this. If you later cancel within the 14 days, you may need to pay a proportionate amount for sessions already delivered.
If the service has been fully delivered within the 14-day period, you may lose the right to cancel.
If you are buying as a business
Cooling-off rights typically do not apply. Any refunds are discretionary unless required by law.
Refund approach (practical policy)
Unless required by law:
-
No refunds once sessions have started, because time is reserved and delivered.
-
If a refund is agreed in writing (rare), it will normally be pro-rata for unused sessions (and may exclude any already-delivered support or admin costs).
13) How to cancel (simple process)
